Visual Limes will work with the Hospital of Mollet to integrate Nefrosoft® with SAP
In collaboration with the area of Nephrology and the systems team of the Hospital of Mollet from Visual Limes, we will work during 2019 on the integration of our Nefrosoft system, with the SAP ERP in use at the Hospital.
The SAP system in use at the Hospital de Mollet has modules such as SAP EMR and SAP Health for Patient Engagement, which allows health professionals to carry information on the care of their patients in real time directly or with handheld devices, eliminating delays and inaccuracies that can harm the provision of care, so now Nefrosoft® also sends information to SAP about patient treatments and consumptions of dialyzers and other associated fungibles.
In this way, SAP can directly receive information on drug consumptions, dialyzers and other consumables associated with patient treatments and other relevant information that Nefrosoft manages and that they may need to consult with physicians to make decisions.
Nefrosoft® can also be integrated in general with other systems, in order to share other data with the HIS of the hospital, the laboratory results, the active directory of users, the dialysis monitors with the data of the session, etc …
In this case, Nefrosoft also allows you to collect the details of the patient’s hemodialysis session, so that nurse team and medicine can record everything that happened during the treatment. Nurse team can use Nefrosoft from a tablet, in order to record and follow the treatment in real time and send the data to the SAP EMR for its registration in the patient’s medical history.
